During the production process, the timber is kiln dried to consistent moisture content before machining and finishing. Pine door frame mainly ship to the North America market, around 28-30 container per month. The surface finished of our pine products have two coat primer, the primer is a mixture containing glue and calcium carbonate. Coating application would be applied equally on all edges have a strong adhesion to the wood substrate.
